KHS&S International can work with building teams from concept through construction and beyond. Through its comprehensive range of preconstruction, construction and virtual project delivery services, KHS&S can enter a project at any stage, offering services based on project need and objectives. Specific services include virtual project delivery/integrated project management; preconstruction services including BIM, value engineering, art direction, design-assist development and working drawings; and construction services including exterior façade construction, stucco and EIFS, interior fit-outs, custom themed finishes, GFRC, GFRP, themed icon fabrication and installation, ride and attraction procurement, real and synthetic rockwork, and water features from design through completion.
KHS&S International was formed in 2008 when KHS&S came together with Dubai / Bangkok-based ATECH Group International. Since that time, KHS&S International has created a network of offices and construction professionals throughout Asia, the Middle East and Far East. KHS&S International’s multi-cultural staff and extensive international experience ensure clients a high level of flexibility and responsiveness regardless of project location or project type. Current projects include Universal Studios Singapore; Resorts World Sentosa; Hong Kong Disneyland and the Bridgeway project in Abu Dhabi.
